I have been locked inside an edit bay for days putting together tonight’s piece, “Where’s My Stuff.” Tonight at eleven the blog with all the background info should post.
Trish Torkildsen came to our station a few days before Christmas. It was Friday at around 6:30pm…..probably the worst time in the world to get ANY reporter’s attention. Trish swore up, down and across that she had a story that NO ONE would ever believe….reason why I didn’t believe her when she started telling it. But Trish came armed with paperwork and proof.
I have researched this company for months now….it is the longest story I”ve put together….and I’m sure the longest one that WECT has run in a…long time. But I simply couldn’t tell it any shorter…without leaving out vital information…..
Stick around tonight….this one is pretty surreal.
